POA Members:

 The Garrett County Board of Commissioners today issued an Order rescinding an Order dated March 27, 2020 which imposed a ban on vacation rentals in Garrett County. Today's Order was accompanied by an Order of the Garrett County Medical Officer which also lifts his ban on vacation rentals. The new orders are effective tomorrow, May 15, 2020.The new Orders allow vacation rentals subject to certain requirements applicable to property owners and their agents as well as to guests and impose unit cleaning requirements and limit occupancy to 10 non-family members.
